Otey Putters – Shipping Policy

Handcrafted Quality & Lead Time
Each Otey Putter is handmade and hand-crafted, ensuring the highest level of precision and authenticity. Because of this craftsmanship, orders typically ship within two weeks of purchase.

If we anticipate any delay beyond that timeframe, we will email you directly to keep you informed and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order received. Most standard orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after completion of production.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected service.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs processing)

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Free shipping applies only when explicitly stated in promotions.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your putter ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Otey Putters is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Otey Putters is not liable for delays caused by carriers or for packages lost after confirmed delivery. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact the carrier directly and notify us at oteygolf@gmail.com for assistance.

Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
