Otey Putters – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Otey Putters. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and materials.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
