Refund policy

Otey Putters – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Otey Putters. For eligible, non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Personalized putters

Putters with personal stamping are final sale. This does not affect coverage for defects or order errors. Contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and materials.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at otey@oteythree.com to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Choosing your length

Start with the length of a putter you already use comfortably. Half-inch options let you make a small adjustment without changing your familiar setup.

  1. Use your current comfortable putter length as a starting point.
  2. Take your normal putting stance with relaxed shoulders and your preferred hand position.
  3. Compare the setup with your current putter, then review the length choices available on the product page.
